The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for Mathematics and developing students' skills and confidence in the subject. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
* Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
