Be part of a major, long-term engineering program shaping the future of complex manufacturing. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead quality role on a high-profile project, driving APQP processes from concept through to production while working alongside a multi-disciplinary project team. Ideal for someone who enjoys NPI ownership, collaboration, and making a real impact in regulated, high-integrity environments.
Responsibilities
Lead quality activities across the full New Product Introduction lifecycle, from prototype through to production.
Drive the implementation and delivery of APQP frameworks and manage PPAP submissions through to approval.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, procurement, and customer teams to ensure quality readiness.
Lead investigations into non-conformance and support internal, supplier, and external audits.
Safeguard compliance, safety standards, and quality accreditations throughout the programme.
What We're Looking For
Around 5+ years' experience in a Quality Engineering role within regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience applying APQP and PPAP frameworks within project or NPI delivery.
Mechanical or engineering background (education or industry experience preferred).
Exposure to high-integrity sectors such as nuclear, aerospace, defence, medical, or automotive.
