Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience and excel in communication skills. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, in providing our Landlords and Tenants with a profession, efficient and friendly high quality service .
Duties
* Manage and organise aspects of property letting, advertising and administration procedures to ensure efficiency.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* Coordinate appointments, and conduct viewings.
* Assist in the administ5ration for new tenancies by preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
* Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, showcasing strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Team player is essential as this a small office team
