What we are looking for
We value potential and are looking for people who want to invest in their professional development from day one. This role offers experiences that support accelerated growth and development, including leadership opportunities to shape how we run the business. You will help clients evolve towards insights-driven organisations, with an interest in emerging Digital and Data technologies (including GenAI, Cloud & RPA). You should be keen to work in the Energy & Utilities (E&U) sector. Prior sector experience is welcome but not essential.
In addition to this, you will have
* A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* An exceptional communication style with the ability to interface with different audiences and build trust
* Excellent presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience in People & Change, Digital & Data, Performance Improvement, or Project & Programme/Delivery Management is advantageous
* Proficient MS Office skills with advanced/expert level in Excel and PowerPoint
* A dedication to sustainability and ethical practices aligned with Moorhouse’s social responsibility
Experience
* At least 18 months’ experience in consulting or industry roles (Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Health, Finance, Telco & Media, Government and Transport)

* In-person assessment centres on: Friday 17 October 2025 or Friday 24 October 2025 (you must be available for one)
* Start date: 24 November 2025 (in-office during onboarding and training week)

Benefits
* Total package up to £49,800: base salary £37,800 plus performance bonuses
