About Outwood Academy Riverside
Founded in September 2020 through the Free Schools Programme, Outwood Academy Riverside implements the Riverside values program for all students at the start of each academic year.
The academy is dedicated to supporting a diverse student body, ensuring strong routines and excellent pastoral care for all pupils.
Located at Russell Street, Middlesbrough, the academy will have a new school built on Pioneering Way, near Middlesbrough College. Additionally, a satellite site in Eston opened in September 2024 for our new Year 7 students, as the school continues to expand.

Outwood Academy Riverside is an 11-16 provision that opened in September 2020 as part of the Free Schools Programme. Position Details
This rewarding position primarily involves teaching Year 7 and 8 maths. It suits someone with primary classroom teaching experience or a secondary teacher with strength at Key Stage 3. A passion for working with students with SEN is essential.
Currently located at Russell Street, Middlesbrough, staff may also be deployed to work at the satellite site in Eston.
