Required Skills of the Aftersales Manager:
1. Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities
3. Excellent customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
4. Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labour sales and customer satisfaction scores
5. Good understanding of aftersales processes, parts, and service operations
Nice to Have Skills:
6. Experience with dealer management systems and reporting tools
7. Knowledge of vehicle warranty procedures and aftersales marketing strategies
8. Previous experience in a high-volume dealership setting
Preferred Education and Experience of the Aftersales Manager:
9. Relevant automotive service or management qualifications preferred
10. Minimum of 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within automotive aftersales
Other Requirements of the Aftersales Manager:
11. Must have experience leading an aftersales team and delivering results
12. Ability to work full-time hours from 08:00 to 17:30 Monday - Friday
13. Driving licence and access to a vehicle (company car and fuel provided)
14. Tenure includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit, and company benefits
