Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant, on either a full or part time basis, to join our finance team working specifically within the sales accounts team, supporting with invoicing and the administration of customer accounts. This is an exciting time to be joining St Austell Brewery and the finance team, as we evolve our ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency.
The Role
1. You will provide administrative support for the business through tasks such as setting up customer accounts, distributing documents, and managing creditor/invoice reports.
2. Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions via daily banking routines.
3. Assist in general financial management administration.
4. Support and contribute to the continued improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
About You
1. You have a strong background in administrative roles, ideally within a similar function.
2. You have experience handling a variety of tasks.
3. You are confident using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
4. You have strong attention to detail.
5. You can escalate issues as required and communicate effectively across all levels of seniority.
6. You are able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
