Responsibilities: Define the service approach to enable technical and business service delivery for client environments. Produce detailed, fit-for-purpose Service Designs, including support task analysis and training needs assessment. Lead the service transition planning and execution across agile delivery teams, ensuring new or changed services are effectively handed over to live operations. Collaborate with customers to gain acceptance in your capability. Build trust with bid teams to develop compelling service solutions. Work with engineering teams to ensure supportability and operational readiness of developed solutions. Influence technical design from a service operations perspective with Solution Architects & Security teams. Align service readiness with delivery milestones in coordination with the Programme Manager & Scrum Master. Ensure operational acceptance criteria are met in collaboration with the Head of Live Service and ITSM Function Leads. Define support models with Technical Leads and ensure documentation and handover requirements are clearly understood. Define and manage service requirements with the SMO, integrating them into solution designs. Ensure all service designs and transitions align with ITIL framework best practices. Provide service input into design authorities, governance forums, and acceptance boards. Identify opportunities for improvement, process and cost efficiency, and innovation in service management, automation, and monitoring.
