About the role
As part of the Council’s major new Homelessness Transformation Programme, this is an exciting role in which you will conduct distinct pieces of business analysis to support the effective delivery of transformation projects within the Housing Options service. You will undertake a range of analysis across all stages of the project lifecycle, such as as-is and to-be process mapping and re-engineering, designing operating models, and organisational design.
A confident, experienced, and adaptable self-starter, you will be able to work proactively and on your own initiative. You will have experience in the application of business analysis techniques and approaches within large organisations, with successful service redesign outcomes achieved in collaboration with stakeholders.
