Job Role
The Sales and Business Development Manager will lead QCC Global Sales function with primary responsibility for building and delivering Sales to the business in line with the business strategy. The individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing the sales function and developing strategic partnerships. This role demands both a strategic thinker and an execution-focused leader.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to generate qualified leads.
Develop and maintain a Sales pipeline of prospective clients.
Maintain accurate order intake forecasts and meet targets
Develop and maintain campaign plans
Develop and maintain go to market strategies
Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support lead generation campaigns.

Sales Management:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key insights and trends.
Maximise cross-selling to new and existing clients.
Maintain CRM records for all client communications and prospects.

Team Leadership (if applicable):
Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members.
Set sales goals, track performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a high-performance, team-oriented sales culture.

Qualifications
Batchelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (master's preferred)
Industry experience.
Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Skills
Proven track record in delivering sales growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development and sales related role.
Successful track record in delivering sales.
Ability to develop effective client relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
