Warehouse Operatives with FLT Counterbalance Licence – Waltham Abbey - Temp to Perm - Night Shift - Apply today!\n\n Centric Talent is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s night shift based at their warehouse in Waltham Abbey. \n\n Our client is one of the UK's leading suppliers of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, supplying products to retailers up and down the UK.\n\n They are looking for people to join their warehousing team, who fit the bill - dynamic, driven, and adaptable - just like they are!\nTo be successful in this role candidates must have a FLT counterbalance license and have strong demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced warehouse.\n\n Key Areas of Responsibility:\n\n As a warehouse operative for this prestigious client, you will be responsible for: \n\n - Responsible for picking and packing with in a goods in and despatch environment.\n - Work on the flow of goods in and out of the warehouses in line with business requirements and customer demands\n - Work towards KPI’s to exceed targets.\n - Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements to current processes or procedures.\n - Strive to improve customer service through accuracy and quality (reduction in mispick/CNF, etc.)\n - Complete regular stock counts/PI’s accurately and within the financial boundaries.\n - Ad-hoc projects as required such as moving stock, development of warehouse space.\n\n This list is not exhaustive - your role will develop and change, and we are looking for people who are interested in growing with the role. \n\n Warehouse Operative: Essential Skills & Experience \n\n - Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in high service level warehouse\n - Proven success in improving warehouse systems and processes.\n - Creative and innovative approach with a high customer service focus\n - Experience of working in high pressured environment managing high number of orders\n - Forklift licence is required (Minimum Counterbalance licence – Flexi Bendi an advantage)\n - Competency in Excel, Word,\n - WMS systems an advantage\n - Good knowledge of health and safety legislation\n - Both numeracy and literacy skills at a proficient level \n - Strong communication skills\n\n Warehouse Operative: Hours of Work & Pay \nThe shift times available are: \nNights Monday to Friday 10pm until 6am \n37.5 hours per week\nPay Rate £14.21 per hour paid monthly on the last day of each month.\n\n If you have previous warehouse experience and are looking for a change, or you would be interested in undertaking a new challenge and like the sound of this fantastic opportunity, we would love to hear from you. \n\n Simply click APPLY and our Recruitment Specialists will be in touch to go through the detail with you, and hopefully get you booked with our client for your first interview!
