We’re are looking for a motivated Resourcer to join our busy team in Stanmore. What You’ll Be Doing: * Sourcing candidates for live roles (job boards, social media, inbound/outbound calls) * Registering and screening candidates * Ensuring all compliance checks and documents are up to date * Supporting consultants with matching candidates to roles * Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates * Keeping accurate records and providing general admin support * Assisting with ongoing placements and responding to client needs What We’re Looking For: * Recruitment/resourcing or admin experience (desirable but not essential) * Strong phone manner and great communication skills * Highly organised with good attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * A positive, hands-on attitude What We Offer: * Opportunities for progression as we grow * On-the-job training and career development * Supportive and collaborative team * Performance-based bonuses Ready to take the next step in your recruitment career?
