Your new role
As CRM Delivery Director, you will lead a major CRM transformation programme, overseeing the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This role involves managing cross-functional delivery teams, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Owning the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risk management.
* Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
* Leading governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
