The company has a clear road map for its future growth & development, and a well established leadership team.\n\nSome internal moves have created space for hiring a new Sales Director who will manage the entire end-to-end business development cycle, via a team, from lead generation through to tenders/proposals, relationship management and KAM.\n\nIt is a national business so your team with be geographically dispersed.\n\nYou will mix hands-one leadership and customer management with longer term commercial strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.\n\nClearly, a background in sales and business development within the warehousing and transport sector is a must.
