My client is seeking a commercially astute Management Accountant driving financial insight and leading a small and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Deliver timely and accurate management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders across the BD area to drive performance and identify growth opportunities. Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. About You Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in an SME environment, ideally within the private sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a small team. Commercially astute, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
