Pyramid8 are supporting a business based in Normanton for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support their Head of HR in delivering an effective and people-focused HR function within our growing business based in Normanton. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to make a real impact in a business of around 70–80 employees. About the Role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting both the strategic and day-to-day HR activities across the organisation. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration.
