Pyramid8 are supporting a business based in Normanton for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support their Head of HR in delivering an effective and people-focused HR function within our growing business based in Normanton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to make a real impact in a business of around 70–80 employees.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting both the strategic and day-to-day HR activities across the organisation. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of the company’s people strategy
2. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
3. Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
4. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
5. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Provide first-line support on employee relations matters
7. Assist with performance management and wellbeing initiatives
8. Help ensure compliance with employment law and internal processes
9. Support payroll administration (where required)
About You
10. Previous experience in an HR role (HR Officer / HR Executive level)
11. Good understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
15. Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved in all aspects of HR
16. CIPD Level 3 or 5 (desirable)
