Accountable and responsible for the planned delivery of a suite of fire safety training to all NHS Lothian colleagues and external bodies requiring fire safety training.
Responsible for the development and delivery of a Fire Safety Training Strategy, including planning for delivery and implementation of the plan within the team ensuring NHS Lothian meets both statutory and non statutory fire safety obligations in relation to current fire safety legislation and other associated legislations/regulations for NHS Lothian. Responsible for ensuring that fire safety training is targeted to and meets the specific needs of each service area and category of staff.
Responsible for the leadership and management of the fire safety training department for NHS Lothian.
