Responsibilities
* Providing excellent care and support to residents
* Supervising and motivating all Care Assistants and functioning efficiently as a member of the team
* Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, including physical, emotional and spiritual support
* Providing support and guidance to family members
* Assisting trained Nurses and Unit Managers to lead and develop staff members
* Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents
* Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members
* Reporting on the wellbeing of residents and liaising with GPs and support Managers
Qualifications
* Current SVQ Level 3 qualification
* Relevant Health and Social qualification and experience in the Care Industry
