Your new role
As Hygiene Manager, you will lead a team of 12 hygiene operatives to ensure the site maintains exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards. Working Monday to Friday, 9pm–5am, you’ll be responsible for managing cleaning schedules, overseeing hygiene procedures, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer expectations. You’ll also play a key role in training, team development, and driving improvements in hygiene practices.
What you'll need to succeed
 1. Previous experience in a hygiene or food safety role within manufacturing
 2. Strong leadership and team management skills
 3. Good understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and hygiene standards
 4. Ability to work collaboratively with technical, production, and quality teams
 5. Excellent organisational andmunication skills
