Overview
.NextStep Admin Support is a fast-growing business that provides admin help to local companies. As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to recruit 2–4 new team members to join our admin support team.
This role involves helping businesses with simple day-to-day tasks such as replying to customer enquiries, organising bookings, and keeping information up to date.
No previous admin experience or formal qualifications are needed. We are looking for friendly, reliable individuals who are confident communicating with customers and working as part of a team.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone starting out in the workplace, or wanting to start their career in administration.
Duties
* Answering emails
* Replying to customer messages
* Booking appointments
* Updating calendars
* Organising files
* Entering information onto spreadsheets
* Answering phone calls
* Sending reminders to clients
* Creating invoices using templates
* Checking online orders
* Updating customer details
* Posting basic social media updates
* Passing messages to managers
* Keeping records up to date
* Scheduling meetings
Qualifications
* No formal qualifications needed
* previous admin experience is preferred (not required)
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable talking to customers and staff
* Friendly and polite attitude
* Able to work well with other staff
* Basic computer skills (e.g. email, typing, microsoft applications)
* Willingness to learn on the job
* Organised and reliable

*please note*. We are a hybrid role which requires you to attend the offices for the agreed contractual hours until 2 week training eperiod is complete. Remote work can be discussed following this time frame.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£36,328.41 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
