Your new role
As the Head of Brand, you will lead the entire brand function and work closely with the Founder & CEO to shape how the brand shows up across every consumer touchpoint. This is a senior leadership role with influence across creative, brand strategy, marketing and team development - ideal for someone who has previously helped scale a high‑growth DTC or beauty brand.
You will own the long‑term brand vision and ensure consistent, elevated execution across:
1. Website and emerce
2. Paid media creative
3. Organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
4. PR and earned media
5. Retail marketing
6. Campaigns and new product launches
7. Content, video, out‑of‑home and emerging channels
You will provide creative direction to internal teams and external partners, oversee major campaigns and photoshoots, and ensure the brand continually produces best‑in‑class content and high‑performing digital assets. Working deeply with marketing,mercial and media teams, you will help shape channel strategy, guide creative testing and balance brand building with performance investment.
You will also lead and develop a growing in‑house brand team, setting clear priorities, maintaining high executional standards and fostering a collaborative, fast‑moving culture.This role is pivotal in supporting ongoing international expansion - ensuring consistent global identity while adapting to local markets across the US, Europe and Australia.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience:
8. Previous Head of Brand / Brand Director / Senior Marketing leadership experience
9. Experience scaling a high‑growth consumer, beauty or DTC brand
10. Experience within businesses in the £20m–£100m revenue range
11. Strong knowledge of DTC marketing, digital creative and performance dynamics
12. Experience managing and developing creative teams, agencies and external partners
13. Exposure to both DTC and retail environments
