About the Role
The client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a strong background in reinforced concrete frame construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising daily site activities on RC frame and structural works
• Managing and coordinating site operatives, subcontractors, and trades
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and site compliance
• Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks
• Monitoring progress and reporting updates to site management
• Ensuring quality control and resolving on-site issues as they arise
About the Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Site Foreman on RC frame or structural concrete projects
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction processes and sequencing
• Experience managing site labour and subcontractors
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects to programme deadlines
