Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer (3-6 Months)
A Glasgow based Housing Association are seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance and asset management services.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee responsive, void, planned and cyclical maintenance works
* Manage contractor performance, quality and compliance
* Carry out property inspections and monitor repairs
* Support health & safety and property compliance requirements
* Maintain accurate records and support performance reporting
* Deliver excellent customer service and value for money
About you:
* Experience in housing/property maintenance or asset management
* Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements
* Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This temporary role is expected to last 3-6 months and would be to start ASAP.
