Permanent position 4on, 4off (days & nights) Ready to keep the heart of production beating? We're looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support our client's existing maintenance engineering team on an initial 3-6 month basis. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the high-performance production lines. In this hands-on role, you won’t just fix things, you’ll be at the centre of driving performance, preventing breakdowns before they happen, and constantly improving the machines that power production. What you’ll be doing: * Providing technical expertise on maintaining a range of critical production equipment * Executing advanced preventative and breakdown maintenance to maintain peak line performance and product quality. * Managing product and size changeovers where needed. * Completing critical asset care tasks in line with the established maintenance plan * Using the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record and monitor all activities. * Ensuring full QESH (Quality, Environmental, Safety & Hygiene) compliance through regular checks and immediate escalation of any non-conformities. * Taking part in Health & Safety risk assessments and promoting zero-accident culture. * Participating in effective shift handovers and team briefings to ensure seamless communication and operations....
