Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Administrator (Temporary Role) We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Administrator to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities. This is a temporary position for approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to be extended. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, prospecting) Support the sales team with pipeline building and appointment setting Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Work towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and activity targets Identify and qualify potential business opportunities Provide general administrative support to the sales function Requirements Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales Experience working to KPIs and targets in a sales environment Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Working Pattern Hybrid working: 4 days from home, 1 day in the office Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm One day per week (remote): 11:00am - 7:00pm Contract Details Temporary role: 2.5 months (with potential extension) Pay rate: £13.50 per hourIf you are driven, target-focused, and ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.
