Hours: 39 per week, Mon-Wed: 07:30-16:30, Thu: 07:30-16:00, Fri: 07:30-13:00 (early finish!)
Are you an experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator looking to join a precision engineering team? We are seeking a skilled individual to set and operate CNC turning machines and produce high-quality components.
This is a hands‑on role in a clean, well‑equipped machine shop with a supportive team and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc control)
* Programming experience is beneficial but not essential
* Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy
* Adjust machine settings with minimal supervision
* Maintain tooling and replace inserts
* Deburr and finish parts as needed
* Complete basic machine maintenance
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Turner (Fanuc)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Works well both independently and in a small team
* Committed to health & safety procedures
