Contract: Permanent / Full-Time / Nights - 4 nights one week, 3 nights the following week, including alternate weekends, 19:00 - 07:00

Main Duties:
* Check and plan bookings within the Cleric controlling system, ensuring proper resourcing and informing all relevant parties
* Dispatch and manage operational crews to ensure timely patient collection and delivery, meeting contractual targets
* Handle patient transport requests and queries politely and accurately, complying with procedures
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, checking bookings, and invoicing
* Maintain high service quality and performance for patients and customers
* Respond promptly and professionally to telephone inquiries, liaising with GPs, nursing homes, hospitals, and wards
* Ensure smooth patient flow through effective communication and problem resolution across control areas
