Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installer, located mainly in Edinburgh. The Installer will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of home entertainment, security, and WiFi systems. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and configuring equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The role may involve working at various domestic and commercial properties.
Qualifications
* Experience with installing and configuring home entertainment systems, including surround sound setups
* Knowledge and skills in setting up and maintaining security systems, including alarms and CCTV
* Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting WiFi systems
* A clean driving license is essential
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in similar roles or industries is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in electronic systems installation are advantageous
