I'm pleased to be working with a global organisation to support with the recruitment of a Sales Ledger Assistant for a 9-month period. Supporting sales ledger and credit control activity, this is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll manage customer queries, support process improvements, and help deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries by phone and email Liaise with operational teams to resolve invoice issues Process bank receipts and sales ledger transactions Reconcile customer accounts and produce copy invoices Support onboarding and account maintenance activities Assist with month-end and reporting tasks What You'll Bring Experience in a customer-focused or finance admin environment Strong communication and organisation skills High attention to detail and accuracy A proactive, team-focused approach This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in an office administrative environment to move over to an accounts function, or for a finance administrator to apply their experience to a growing, global organisation.
