Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join the Club House Restaurant to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service. At Club House we believe in spreading good vibes through tasty food and you'll lead the way in creating a restaurant to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion and ensuring our guests come back for more.
Responsibilities –
* Lead, train & inspire the team to deliver consistent high quality food
* Be able to work under pressure in a busy restaurant kitchen environment
* Ensure operational excellence across food hygiene, guest satisfaction and team performance.
* Maintain stock levels, manage margins and control orders and accuracy.
* Uphold highest health and safety and cleanliness standards including compliance documentation.
* Support the Kitchen Manager to drive overall site performance across sales, brand standards and guest measures.
Requirements –
* Experience in a similar role as sous chef or ready to step up from a line chef position.
* Passion for food and proud of the quality and presentation of the dishes.
* Be a motivational leader who keeps food hygiene standards high always.
* Clear communicator to lead the team effectively.
* Prepared to be hands on and able to work all areas.
