Deal Execution:
* Play a key role in the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
* Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Industry Research:
* Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate, gaming and lodging industries.
* Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
Client Interaction:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.
* Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.
Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the REGAL group.
* Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in investment banking
* Previous sector experience beneficial but not a prerequisite
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
