Responsibilities
* Take the lead in shaping the home’s culture, developing a motivated and engaged team, and ensuring residents experience the highest standards of dignity, safety and wellbeing.
* Have autonomy to influence practice, strengthen performance and embed a positive working environment where staff feel supported and valued.
Qualifications
* Confident leader with proven experience managing an elderly care home, ideally within a high-quality or luxury setting.
