Role details
NHS Lothian are recruiting Healthcare Support Workers at Trainee Band 3 levels. This role is not entry level; some relevant experience is required. You will be paid at Band 2 while undertaking educational and clinical competencies to enable you to take on full duties within the Band 3 job descriptions. Following successful completion of the training program you will progress into the Band 3 pay scale, ideally within 9-12 months. Due to pay scale sponsorship is not available.
Current vacancies for Trainee Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers. We are recruiting for the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Edinburgh within ward areas, mainly acute wards. Ward areas work 12.5 hour shifts with day, night and some weekend shifts. Full and part-time hours available. List subject to change; please indicate area of preference when applying.
