Getting involved in ad hoc compliance tasks and firm-wide projects as needed. Option to take on MLCO responsibilities, if that aligns with your experience and interests (e.g., monitoring effectiveness of controls and training). Contributing to team meetings and helping implement key compliance initiatives across the business. About you? At least 5 years of experience in compliance, ideally in a law firm or similar professional services setting. Strong understanding of AML regulations and how they apply in practice. Diploma-level qualification in compliance (e.g., ICA Diploma or similar). Confident giving guidance to all levels of the business – from junior staff to senior stakeholders.
