The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing our customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery, operational performance, value for money and sustainable growth. Identifying, generate and win new sales to increase turnover and profitable income for the business whilst ensuring high business retention and customer satisfaction. Building enduring multi-level client relationships is a primary objective of this role and applicants will need to have excellent financial management and communication skills.
