Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Reeson Education is looking for a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive SEN school. This Teaching Assistant role is full-time, long-term, and set to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:* Work as a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND in class, in groups, and 1:1* Help children regulate emotions, manage behaviours, and build confidence* Support learning across the curriculum and implement differentiated strategies* Liaise with teaching staff and therapists to follow care and learning plans* Encourage independence and celebrate every small win
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:* Be a reliable, proactive, and patient Teaching Assistant* Have experience supporting children with SEND, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD* Be enthusiastic and consistent in providing calm and positive support
Teaching Assistant Requirements:* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)* Right to work in the UK* Strong commitment to the role of a Teaching Assistant
