Finance administrator Location: Reigate, Surrey Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week) Flexible working: Part-time considered (minimum 25 hours per week) About the Role We are currently seeking a Finance & Admin Assistant to support our busy Operations team. This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised, and confident working within a finance environment. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience managing both finance and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring finance processes run smoothly while also providing wider office and team support. Key Responsibilities Finance Duties Preparing and sending invoices using accounting software (including approving invoices drafted by others) Managing purchase orders and credit control Processing purchase invoices and staff expenses/mileage claims Administering company credit card accounts and chasing missing receipts Liaising with external bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting providers Managing a shared finance email inbox Gathering and collating contract valuation figures for reporting purposes Administrative Duties Booking and arranging transport and accommodation for staff Supporting internal communications, including staff birthdays and work anniversaries Assisting with website updates and internal/external social media content Running occasional office errands (e.g. post office visits, purchasing gifts, arranging cards or flowers) Helping to organise staff meetings, training events, company away days, and social events Providing general administrative support and assisting the wider team as required About You We value attitude and approach just as much as experience.
