We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience, with skills in managing campaigns and promotions, and a strong understanding of compliance and social responsibilities.
Main Functions of the Job:
To deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is consistently achieved.
Through training and development, be capable of taking on multiple marketing roles across the venue as required by management.
All Marketing Coordinators will be expected to execute marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
* Manage marketing projects from conception to completion.
* Develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate events, and analyze performance metrics.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies and objectives.
* Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries.
* Provide entertainment and hospitality to customers, contributing to the venue's and company's success through quality marketing efforts.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, advertising regulations, and data protection requirements.
* Undertake regular training and promptly report concerns to line managers.
Main Duties:
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the team.
* Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
* Oversee social media, create content, and engage with followers.
* Coordinate events and promotions effectively.
