This pivotal role involves guiding the organisation in compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring a safe and sustainable operation. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing site-specific EHS strategies aligned with corporate and legal requirements. Leading risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to foster a proactive safety culture. Managing compliance with environmental legislation including waste management, effluent discharge, and ISO14001 certification. Overseeing external and internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting and mentoring site safety teams to embed EHS best practices across all operations.
