About the Role:
We are currently seeking Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our client based in Havant - Hampshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient, testing, grading and recycling of waste products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for compliance and change management
* Working closely with the warehouse operatives and drivers
* Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
* Reporting accurate information monthly and quarterly
* Maintaining accurate logs of work completed and equipment usage
* Assist with any other warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
* Valid UK Counterbalance Forklift licence
* Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
* Good excel knowledge with the ability to input, retrieve and analyse date
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
