HVAC Contract Manager An established air conditioning and ventilation contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of HVAC projects within their growing division. The role will involve managing refurbishment and installation works across a variety of commercial settings, including offices, healthcare, and similar environments, working closely with internal and external teams. This position would suit a commercially aware Contract Manager who enjoys taking projects from initial handover through to final account, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will be joining a business that is expanding its market presence and investing in its management team, offering both long-term stability and genuine career progression. Remuneration & Benefits * Base salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (dependent on experience) * Performance bonus * £6,000 car allowance * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * On-target earnings in the region of £90,000 Candidate Profile * Qualified in mechanical or building services engineering (degree, HNC/HND, or apprenticeship background) * Strong track record of managing HVAC installation and refurbishment contracts * Able to run multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining control of cost, programme, and resources * Confident leader with experience managing engineers, site teams, and specialist subcontractors * Well organised, commercially astute, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
