Job Description
Job Purpose:
Ensuring client deliverables are provided on time, to budget and to client expectations. Accountable for ensuring Project / Study Execution Plan is followed with agreed action trackers and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilising a defined Contract Execution Plan (CEP) framework to ensure delivery of scopes within the contract are carried out to budget and any change is managed appropriately.
2. Owning and reviewing the project execution plans to ensure that key milestones are met and implementing Improvement Plans, as required.
3. Delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental targets for the project & modifications.
4. Maintaining effective communication between all relevant stakeholders, both onshore and on-site.
5. Providing mentoring and support to developing team members on projects.
6. Managing the full lifecycle of projects and ensuring readiness for execution is seamless.
7. Ensuring a robust onboarding process is deployed for all project personnel – with specific focus on new starts (with Offshore supervision being ultra-critical and subject to checklist).
8. Active participation, with collaboration from functional leads/managers, in ensuring the project teams have current and active objectives and development plans in place.
