Chemistry Graduate | The Role
* Provide tailored support to students across KS3KS5 within a niche school setting of only 25 pupils.
* Help learners with EHCPs and high anxiety levels build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
* Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
* Teach learners with a range of academic abilities, from Functional Skills to A-Level.
* Confidence in the delivery of maths is a bonus, supporting students in numeracy and STEM skills alongside Chemistry.
