Celon is seeking a talented and proactive Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team onsite four days a week - immediate start required. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a 2 nd /3 rd line Microsoft 365 Engineer role who are eager to advance their career. Y oull work as an extension of our clients teams - including some of the UKs largest organisations - delivering secure, scalable and high-performing Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Calling and PowerShell scripting, combined with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 & Teams Administration: Administer Teams Calling, including setting up Auto Attendants, Call Queues and DDIs Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and services, including Teams, Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, Perview and Azure Virtual Desktop Oversee Azure infrastructure including security and basic networking/firewall configurations Automation & Analytics: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting Extract and analyse data from Teams Calling and Teams Analytics to support performance improvements Identify, debug and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure optimal system performance Voice Services & Deployment: Configure and set up phones and devices ready for deployment Support and contribute to wider Voice and Collaboration projects User Engagement & Support: Engage with colleagues, end-users and stakeholders in person and by phone to provide expert guidance on Teams Calling, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions Deliver training on Teams Calling and installation of equipment when they arrive on site Coordinate logistics of training sessions and hardware delivery Assist with Service Desk tickets Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a 2 nd /3 rd line infrastructure engineer role Full understanding of Microsoft Teams Calling and related services (Auto Attendants, Call Queues, DDIs) Proficiency in PowerShell scripting Experienced in managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender or equivalent Experienced with Windows Server Environments Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including Azure firewall management Knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring tools, security and compliance best practices Confident in speaking directly with colleagues, end-users and stakeholders by phone and in person Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Certifications such as AZ900, MS900 or SC900 Awareness of Information Security Policies, vulnerability management and risk assessments Experience with advanced Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions Benefits: Hybrid Working to support a better work-life balance.
