Salary: £13.15 per hour plus a range of health and wellbeing benefits

About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support at Hightrees. You will:
* Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour support
* Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the service
* Be a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding and positive behaviour support
* Support the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice and dignity
* Contribute to on-call responsibilities and assist with rota management and staff supervisions
About You:
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
* Leadership or supervisory experience
* A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
