At Chilled Pubs, we’re on the lookout for a brilliant Sous Chef to support in leading one of our vibrant kitchens. Think: towering burgers, swinging skewers, wood-fired pizza, bao buns and home-made gelato - all fresh, all day, every day.

What you’ll do:
* Help lead a high-energy kitchen team delivering knockout fresh food
* Maintain top-notch food safety and hygiene (we’re 5-star rated - and proud)
* Set the standard in quality, consistency, and speed across all sections
* Own your area, manage orders, and support smooth service
* Be confident across our full menu - stepping in to support the team wherever needed
* Support with stock, deliveries, and kitchen efficiency
* Mentor and develop junior chefs, working closely with your Head Chef

* Experienced in a fresh food kitchen at CDP or Sous level
