Job Description:
Contact Centre Agent - Part Time - Temporary at Partner Retail Services. This role is based in Marlow with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
* Working as a key sales channel within PRS, prioritizing customer needs and delivering excellent service.
* Cross-selling to enhance customer experience.
* Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing solutions.
* Managing records across call centre databases.
* Utilizing internal training to stay updated on products and processes.
* Providing impeccable customer service.
* Making outbound calls to customers, third parties, and escalation routes as needed.
Requirements:
* Passionate about people and building relationships.
* Ability to prioritize workloads.
* Commercially minded approach.
* Experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
* Experience working towards KPIs in a targeted environment.
* Knowledge of the Samsung ecosystem and interest in technology.
* Confident communicator with good verbal and written skills.
* Computer literate.
Deliverables:
* Providing support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Acting as a liaison between customers and stores to enhance experience.
* Navigating various business systems.
* Managing customer escalations.
* Working towards targets in sales, customer satisfaction, and service metrics.
* KPIs include call times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, sales conversion, and attachment rates.
