Responsibilities
* Sales & Profit: Infuse passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading joy of self‑expression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.
* Memorable Shopping Experiences: Infuse every customer's interaction with Claire's positivity and inclusivity, celebrating unique personalities.
* Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training, conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing customer questions.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, managing inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the team; foster a culture of collaboration and accountability to drive results.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm, offering fashion‑related tips and advice while ensuring the store is merchandised to reflect the latest trends.
* Conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* Facilitate transactions using the POS system and manage sales efficiently to support smooth store operations.
Qualifications

* Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
* Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers.
* Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.
* Ability to Work Independently: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.
* Proficiency in operating a POS system for transactions and efficiently managing sales.
* High‑school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of retail management experience.
* Physical Requirements: Stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs); bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for interaction with customers, employees, and management.
* Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Driven team leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Passion for fashion, staying up to date with latest trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
* Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
