We are currently recruiting for a dedicated qualified Electrician to join Walsall College as a Lecturer in Electrical Installation who will deliver motivating and inspiring teaching and learning to unleash the potential of our students.
You will hold appropriate electrical qualifications. Teaching qualifications* are preferred (e.g. DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent). Funded and supported teacher training will be provided.
Experience in delivering Solar PV, EV charging and wiring regulations would be advantageous.
In this role you will deliver effective learning, teaching and assessment that provides a high-quality learner experience, which is critical to their success. Working within teams delivering programmes of study within various curriculum areas, ensuring that knowledge, skills and behaviours of learners enable them to be ready for employment or higher-level studies.
