Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor from a strong engineering background to oversee electrical installations on major residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role during RIBA Stages 4–5, ensuring technical compliance, quality delivery, and coordination between design and site teams. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical works on large residential and commercial developments Manage site installation activities during RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) and Stage 5 (Construction) Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, regulations, and British Standards Review, interpret, and implement electrical design information and schematics Coordinate with M&E consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and design teams Use Amtech / Trimble (or similar) for electrical calculations, load assessments, and design verification Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems Identify design or installation issues and provide engineering-based solutions Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Monitor programme, quality, and productivity on site Support value engineering and technical problem-solving where required Essential Skills & Experience Electrical engineering background (degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent) Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large r...
